The hotel offered us complementary soap bars and towels, which were a nice touch. The location was very convenient, just a short walk to the train station and restaurants. The outdoor onsen was a great feature that we enjoyed very much during our stay.
We were disappointed that there was no Wi-Fi available, even though it was advertised. Additionally, the payment had to be made in cash, which created a bit of an inconvenience for us.
