The hotel's proximity to the train station was convenient, and the staff went above and beyond to arrange transportation to the Snow Monkey Park and provide vegetarian meals. I highly recommend this fabulous ryokan for an exceptional stay.

The location was perfect as I could easily walk to Shibu Onsen and even back from the Snow Monkey Park. The staff were incredibly helpful, with one of them even driving me to both the monkey park and the train station. Additionally, the hotel had great transportation options and parking facilities. The location was perfect for visiting the snow monkey park, with easy access from a nearby train station. The hosts were incredibly warm and accommodating, and the traditional Japanese dining was extravagant. The choice of four different onsens was more than anyone could ask for, adding an extra touch of relaxation to our stay. it was a fantastic experience.
